6.1 You may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery without penalty.
6.2 To withdraw, notify us via email to our support address. Return goods in original condition within 14 days.
6.3 We’ll refund payments (excluding original delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. You cover return shipping.
